Blu-U With Levulan

BLU-U® with Levulan uses a blue light to target precancerous growths on the skin. It works by penetrating the epidermis, the top two millimeters of the skin. Common skin lesions can grow in this layer, and the blue light exposes the affected cells to a biochemical reaction. The result is an increased turnover of skin cells and the production of unblemished collagen.
