Bookings, Treatments & Purchases
By purchasing treatments, packages, or products from Bellair Laser Clinic (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.
Treatment Expiry
All treatments and treatment packages expire 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused treatments after this period are forfeited and are not refundable.
Medical Eligibility & Refunds
All treatments are subject to medical clearance by our Medical Physician. If you are not eligible for a treatment, or you will not be medically cleared, we offer a full refund of any unused, eligible portion of your purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit or the treatment session.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and qualifying buy-now-pay-later options (Klarna, Affirm). Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes (13% HST) will be added at checkout.
Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Limitation of Liability
Bellair Laser Clinic, its physicians, technicians, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Always disclose your full medical history at consultation.
