A human resource manager at Bellair would have to be experienced in managing a team. Bellair has 40+ staff members comprised of medical estheticians, aesthetic nurses, nurse injectors, doctors, coordinators, and skin care consultants.

Proficiency in QuickBooks required and basic Microsoft tools such as word, excel primarily.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Scheduling, payroll, handling all staff requests, facilitating hiring process, disciplining when appropriate, monitoring performance, organizing onboarding of new staff and training for all positions, and organizing staff meetings and events. This individual would also act as a liaison between staff and the director.

This individual would be in direct communication with the director.

Salary: $80,000 per annum

Future prospect in injecting Botox & Fillers possible.

Wage: $30/hour plus bonus based on performance

Skin care consultants are expected to perform patient consultations, meet and greet clients, check in on clients daily to ensure customer satisfaction, and respond to treatment inquiries via email or phone.
